Thousands of youths from five municipalities seemed enthusiastic in enjoying several competitions in the Jakarta Youth Festival held by Jakarta Sports and Youth Department in Pasar Festival Hockey field, Kuningan Urban Village, Setiabudi Sub-District, South Jakarta, Saturday (10/18).

This event is held in welcoming the Youth Pledge (Sumpah Pemuda) Day which falls on October 28. There are six competitions participated by teenagers, school students, and college students, such as painting, singing, dancing, and Betawi art palang pintu.
“This event is prioritizing order and discipline to become daily habits for young generations. It also aims to improve creativity,” stated Head of Jakarta Sports and Youth Department, Ratiyono.
